I used mostly the Scrapbook Circle February Kit (sold out), adding some washi, paint, mask, gesso, some alphas, and a couple of 2x2 cards from the Just Add Color Project Life Core Kit.

This is a layout that I made during LOAD214 (LayOut A Day) back in February.  I shared a few other layouts that I completed during LOAD in this post and this post. Some of you might be thinking, "LAYOUT A DAY??  Whatchooo talkin' 'bout, yo?" I'm here today to tell you that it is so fun and so awesome, and soooooo coming up again soon.  Here are a few details:

:: LOAD share part deux : it's a wrap ::

Whew!  What a month February was for my scrappy life!  I totally enjoyed LOAD 214!  For more information about LOAD you can visit this previous post. Today is just a photo dump, with a few words!  Here are several more of the LOs I created during LOAD 214!

LOAD13 : no complete sentences

LOAD15 : scrap a photo you've scrapped before (I used this in PL)

LOAD18 : get inspired by something not "scrappy"

LOAD20 : use a quote that's not a usual quote (the MagnaTiles Slogan)

I apologize if some of the photos aren't stellar.  LOAD keeps me so busy that most of my photos of my LOs are taken with my phone (at night) and with minimal (=no) processing.  :-) I am waaaayyyy to lazy to retake!  LOL

The next LOAD is in May!  I will certainly share more information about it as it approaches. It is so fun and worth a try (and now I am addicted)!

:: LOAD214 share ::

This month I have been participating in LOAD214 (LayOut A Day Feb. 2014).  What's that? Well, each day I get a prompt from the great Lain Ehmann, and that day (before midnight) I do the layout and upload it to a flicker gallery.  Yep, a layout, in one day, twenty eight days in a row!  I participated in my first LOAD last May and I made it quite far into the month before missing a day.  So far this month (and it's almost half over) I haven't missed.  Yes, this means that in 12 days I have completed at least 12 layouts (I have used two Project Life layouts for this fun game as well). I thought I would share a few with you now, and a few more later!  Here we go…

LOAD5 :: use something old (one itty bitty piece of paper is old)

LOAD10 :: Black and White (no color)

LOAD4 :: 30 minutes or less
